We are able to provide assistance with all manner of automotive tasks - big or small. Whether you need assistance and guidance choosing a new car or simply want to have your pride and joy detailed, we can help.
Our services include:
- New vehicle recommendation and purchase
- Sale of your existing vehicle
- Coordination of servicing and minor repairs
- Interstate vehicle transportation
- Valet and detailing services 'while you work'
- Personal Concierge services outside of the automotive arena
Concierge services are available as packages. These range from five uses in a 12-month period to 20 uses. How you use MagnusO is up to you, contact us for more information.
Personal Concierge Service pricing:
- 5 uses of a personal concierge per year $ 650
- 10 uses of a personal concierge per year $1,250
- 15 uses of a personal concierge per year $1,800
- 20 uses of a personal concierge per year $2,200
Notes
- Each single use is a personal service for an approximate 2hrs at a time.
- When you use our services for washing/cleaning a car, there are no additional costs for the service.
- Pickup/delivery 30km outside the CBD may incur extra charges
- Where possible, costs passed on to clients will be minimised (ie: a service loan car will always try to be arranged rather than using taxis)
- Melbourne Airport pick up and delivery of client's car is subject to availability
- Bookings are treated as a special agreement between the client and MagnusO. A cancellation policy of 24hr prior to the service booking is required.
- No extra charges will be passed on for pickup/delivery of your vehicle when arranging tyre service or wheel repair
- Payment to suppliers needs to be pre-arranged with credit card, cash or EFT.
- Corporate's can purchase packages and share them within their company and employees.
- Private individuals can share the package within the family household registered vehicles.
